Maybe you know why you do certain things, but you still feel stuck repeating them. Or maybe you don’t fully understand what’s happening, but you just know something isn’t working anymore.
I work with teens and adults who are curious about themselves and ready for meaningful change. Many of my clients are insightful, thoughtful people who not only want to be able cope better, but are ready understand themselves in a new way.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory and informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal theory. What this means is that we'll look at the emotional patterns and responses that shape how you connect, protect yourself, and move through the world. We slow things down, get curious, and make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface so that you can move forward with clarity.
Clients often tell me they’re surprised by how comfortable they feel opening up. Creating a space where you feel genuinely understood is something I care deeply about, because from that place of safety, real change becomes possible.
Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded. We’ll explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your capacity to regulate and respond differently, and help you build more secure and fulfilling relationships with others and with yourself.
